| How long before you post my order?
|We dispatch all orders the day we receive your funds. Once your order has been processed (in most cases within 24hr) you would receive dispatch information email. We post your order to the address as on you PayPal invoice or as you advise us via an email at the time of placing order.|
| We live in a country; do you post to PO BOX address as we do not have regular post here?
|Yes, we post to PO BOX address. If you address is different on PayPal invoice then send us an email at the time you place your order requesting PO BOX delivery with all details included.|
| We tried to input our PO Box number on the original order but your site didn’t allow us to.
|We DO POST to PO BOX addresses but you have to complete PayPal order processing first. All financial dealings are done by PayPal which imposes address restriction at the time of processing (it has nothing to do with our site)
When you place your order and do not have a PayPal account, you will find that PayPal system will not allow you to use a P.O. Box to process your order. PayPal needs your street address so they can verify your account history and identity which increases security of the PayPal network for everyone. You will have to enter your street address if you want to process your order.
If you wish to have your package sent to a P.O.Box, we request that you proceed with your PayPal order, insert your street address and complete transaction.
Once PayPal order processing is finished, you email us your request for manual adjustment to your address for the order. With your email please include: your full name for the order, your street address for the orderyour preferred P.O.Box for the order, item ordered.
Please make sure to send us your email immediately following your order as we ship within hours of receiving your order.
| My PayPal address is wrong. What address did you post my order to?
|We post every order on the day we receive payment, to the address as on Invoice we receive from PayPal when order is paid for. Unfortunately some buyers are not aware that their address is different to the one on PayPal account. Buyers MUST make sure that their address is correct at the time of order.|
| I live in Europe can I come over and pick it up?
|We do not accommodate for pickups from our premises as we are set up for manufacturing not retailing. All our orders have to be emailed or ordered from shopping cart. If you are in Europe it will take 5-8 days at most for your mail ordered to be delivered. We find online ordering the most efficient form of retailing and email correspondence greatest time saver.|
| I can not find replacement instruction for my buttons?
|Not every remote comes with instructions for replacing buttons, as some involve old button removal and simple press fit installation of a new one.|
| I cannot find the car keys for my car on your site?
|Not every replacement button can be found on our site as there may not be any demand for it. We can order on request.; however there are a number of considerations that we take into account before order your key: economic viability, As the first stage please send us photo of your remote as there are many different models on the market. Please state car model and make and year of manufacture. Once we view it and conduct some research we would be able to advise you on the course of action we will take.|
| My remote looks the same like the one in the picture but my model is not listed. Would it fit?
|Not every model may be listed for each particular remote but as a general rule, if your remote looks the same then replacement buttons/pads will fit. Let us know model of your remote and we will add it to our site to help other buyers.|

From our Home Page you can Click on car model of your interest, from the Table for Buttons Availability.
You will be taken to Product Gallery with buttons for your particular remote.
By Clicking on picture of your key you will be taken to Orders Page.
On Orders Page you will Enter required Quantity of buttons, Add it To Cart
From the end of Shopping Cart you will select Postage Method (if applicable) and Add it To Cart.
Finally you will go down to Checkout section located at the very bottom of Shopping Cart and Click on Pay Now button.
It will take you to secure PayPal site for payment. Payment can be made from your existing PayPal account or by credit card if you do not have PayPal account (please check this SAMPLE if in doubt how to pay using credit card)
| I have problem ordering from shopping cart?

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it; however we will do our best to assist you. | Can I return an item?
|As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Eurocarkeyshop accepts returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps. Please Contact our Sales Team to inform us that you would like to return your goods and your reason for return. We will then issue to you address to return your order.
If a product is ordered incorrectly by the customer we will offer an exchange of the goods however any additional charges will be incurred by the customer. If incorrect product is received by the customer, we will incur any additional postage costs and replace it with correct item. If you change your mind about your purchase, you will have to pay for shipping yourself.
| Do you offer refunds?
|If our product is faulty we will offer you a replacement. If you do not accept replacement and return item to us we will assess the nature of the defect and will offer a full refund if defect is our fault providing that product was used for its intended purpose and was not abused and misused.|
| Where and when can I expect my refund?
|As soon as your product reaches our Returns center, it will get processed immediately and you will receive your refund within 48 hours. We will send you confirming email. Your refund will always be made to the original purchase method. So if you paid with a credit card, it will be refunded to that card. If you paid with PayPal, it will be refunded there. PayPal will email you immediately when a refund has been made to your account.|
